How Fairness Works
1. Commitment (Before Game)
We generate a random server_seed and publish its SHA256 hash as a commitment. This proves we can't change the seed later.
2. Client Seed (Your Transaction)
Your Solana transaction signature serves as the client_seed. It's unpredictable — neither you nor we can control it in advance.
3. Result Determination
We compute HMAC-SHA256(server_seed, client_seed). The first 8 hex characters are converted to a number (0-9999). If it's < 5000, you win. Exactly 50/50.
4. Verification (After Game)
After each game, we reveal the server_seed. Anyone can verify: (a) the hash matches the commitment, (b) recompute the result.

- • The commitment scheme ensures we cannot cherry-pick results
- • This proves fairness, but does NOT enforce payouts via smart contract
